A request for a refund for shipping damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide pics of the following:
1) pictures of the box - showing damage to the box
2) pictures of the broken item.
3) pictures showing the packaging.
4) your telephone number (insurance may want to talk to you)
Please hold on to the damaged box and all packaging until claim is settled - (in case insurance needs more info).
Once insurance claim is settled purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded.
Insurance claims take time - so please be patient.
